• APCON Certificate of all Directors



• Certificate of Incorporation



• Form CO2 and form CO7



• Written Application for Registration



• Passport Size Photograph of all directors



• The CEO must have 5 years cognate experience



• Payment of a non-refundable application fee of =N=50,000



• Payment of a non-refundable screening fee of =N=100,000



• Application form not submitted within six months of purchase will be rendered invalid



• Provisional membership shall not be less than 24 months before enjoying the status of full membership
